#Using Regedit

• Goto run (windows key+r)
• Then type, regedit & press yes
• Then goto 

                                 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System

• Then click on legalnoticecaption and Give the heading or caption of the notice & press ok.
• Then click on legalnoticetext and give the notice what you want to show.
• Then restart computer and see the login notice.
